NEO Dresden

TLG IMMOBILIEN received a building permit for the planned development of the office complex NEO in the Neustadt district in Dresden in June 2019. NEO stands for Neustadt (district), efficiency and offices in an excellent location. TLG IMMOBILIEN will create around 15,000 sqm of lettable area certified under the green building standard LEED Gold as well as 132 parking spaces for cars. The ensemble will fit in perfectly with the surrounding development with its modern, timeless architecture.

Annenhöfe Dresden

The Annenhöfe building project was presented to the Dresden Gestaltungskommission in early 2019. The application for a building permit was filed at the end of April 2019. The building project is to be realised right in the old town of Dresden, not far from the historic Zwinger. Based on the current plans, around 20,000 sqm of office and service space is to be created on the currently undeveloped 7,431 sqm of prime real estate. Marketing has already begun for the space.

#WRZ Berlin

Having received a preliminary building permit in the second quarter of 2019, TLG IMMOBILIEN AG will now move on to the next stages of development of the #WRIEZENER KARREE (#WRZ) in the trendy Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district of Berlin. Over the next few months, TLG IMMOBILIEN intends to consolidate its project pipeline and prepare whatever is required to apply for a building permit. In the future development project with around 37,000 sqm of gross floor space, TLG IMMOBILIEN will focus on a contemporary architecture that fits in well with the location as well as a usage concept that will meet the requirements of a modern office and living environment.

Project at Berlin Alexanderplatz

TLG IMMOBILIEN AG as property owner of the plots A9, A10 and A11 plans to develop three buildings including two towers with offices, retail space and apartments in Berlin Mitte on Alexanderplatz, the heart of the city.

The building complex comprising two high-rises and three low rise base buildings with up to 149,500 sqm of potential gross floor space would be erected directly on the Alexanderplatz at the intersection of Alexander Strasse/Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse in Berlin Mitte.
